No Refunds or Exchanges. All Sales are final Shipping

Lost, Stolen, or Not Received Items
Once your package has been scanned into the postal system, Jaded Ego is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.
If you experience any delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. They will assist you in locating your package or filing a claim.
If your order is returned to sender, you are responsible for any additional shipping fees required to have your order reshipped

Once your order has been packaged, you will receive a "Ready for Pickup" notification via email or text, depending on the contact information you provided at checkout. Please allow 1–2 hours for the notification to be sent.

As mentioned in that notification, please reach out via provided methods to schedule your pickup time.

Do not arrive for pickup without confirmation from us first.

Jaded Ego is an online-only boutique. Because of this, scheduled pickups are required to avoid unexpected visits.
Orders must be picked up within 7 days of your "Ready for Pickup" notification!

No refunds or exchanges will be honored, even if orders have not been picked up.
