Lost or Missing Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier. Jaded Ego is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or missing packages after shipment. Customers should file any claims directly with the shipping carrier.

Pickup Location

● Jaded Ego is an online boutique and does not operate as a traditional storefront.

● The pickup address will be provided once your appointment has been confirmed.

Designated Pickup

● If someone else will be picking up your order, please notify us in advance.

● Your designated pickup person may be asked to provide the order name or order number.

Pickup Window

● Orders should be picked up within 7 days of receiving your pickup notification unless prior arrangements have been made.

● Orders not picked up within this timeframe may be canceled at our discretion.

Important Information

● Please arrive during your scheduled pickup window.

● If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible.

● Repeated missed pickup appointments may result in refusal of future pickup requests.

Uber Delivery Policy

Uber Delivery is available for local customers during our posted business hours.

Before Selecting Uber Delivery

● Select Shipping: Flat Fee – $20 at checkout.

● Uber Delivery is available for eligible local orders only.

● Delivery is typically completed within 1–2 hours, depending on driver availability and traffic.

● Please verify that your delivery address and contact information are accurate before placing your order.

● Someone must be available to receive the order upon delivery.

Important Information

● Uber Delivery is available during posted business hours only.

● If Uber Delivery is unavailable when your order is placed, your delivery will be scheduled during the next available delivery window.

● Once your order has been picked up by the Uber driver, Jaded Ego is no longer responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage during transit.

● Any delivery issues after pickup should be addressed directly with Uber Support.
